The objective and purposes of the corporation shall be: to practice, promote and encourage shotgun shooting and the sports of skeet and trap along with related activities incidental to shooting shotguns or other kindred sports and to build, own and operate the facilities therefore by the acquisition of real and personal property; to borrow money, buy, sell, and mortgage real and personal property of every kind and description; and, to do all of those things that clubs of this kind generally do;
